Peer Feedback: I think there is enough mystery around cybersecurity to really generate interest and curiosity from employees at any level. Microlearning is the way to go with a topic like this! I love learning playlists like on LinkedIn learning or even the ones in our textbook. Brief and easily digested material make for the most engaging training initiatives (Baer, 2020). I think the main reason why microlearning is catching on so fast it because it is an easy way of learning while also fulfilling life and work responsibilities. As we see with this class even, education in small doses is far easier to achieve success in than when you have to devote all waking hours to one task. Microlearning enables the learner to still get work done while participating in career development. I found another potential source on Forbes- listed below.
