Many of us have experienced stress at least at one point in our lives. In chapter 3, in our Work Stress and Coping text, you will learn about the evolution and theory of work stress, while chapter 1, in our Organizational Stress text, you will learn about key terms related to stress as well as theoretical concepts.

For this assignment, you will use the aforementioned chapters to write a seven-page paper discussing how you handle stress and at least one theoretical concept dealing with stress. The theoretical concept you will select will be one with which you can personally identify.

Be sure to support and justify your positions and conclusions with references to relevant library resources. All written assignments should follow APA requirements.
