Think back to when you were a kid, is there a cartoon character from a commercial that really stands out in your memory? Tony the tiger, the Gieco Gecko, and the list goes on. Ok find that commercial online (probably YouTube) and re-watch it. Alright, now I want you to try to dissect it. Break down the commercial into a beginning a middle and end. What are the different parts that stand out to you and why? Write 350-500 and analyze what you see. How does the character behave, when does the product get introduced, what’s the call to action and when does that happen, does the commercial use humor, sarcasm, F.O.M.O?
