For this Discussion, you will review recent volumes of leadership journals and visit leadership-specific websites to identify trends that you think will persist. You also will consider how such trends will change the practice of leadership.

Consider recurring themes related to leadership in the journals and on the websites. Based on the themes, identify one current leadership trend that you think will still be relevant in the future.
Think about how the trend will change the future practice of leadership and the knowledge, skills, and abilities leaders would need to possess if the trend continues in the future.
