After the Novel Covid of 2020, the Lewis family decided to have a break and make a move from New York to Florida.

As the family have previously visited and enjoyed the area of Clearwater, by visiting good beaches, finding good people, good restaurants and so on. They decided the move to such place.

After an about year of the family move, they found what is the opposite of their visit. The beaches were not clean; the people were not the same, neither anything was as previously visited.

One of the closest neighbors named Jason James Mayry, a digital Experience Manager with Poynter and Business owner of jasonmayry.com seemed to be the perfect neighbor to be nearby. Look professional, have a respected family and friends and have normal life. Seemed to be the right fitted place to reside by.

Instead, this guy was exactly the opposite of what was assumed. A person that gives so much trouble, don’t wear top clothing, threw rats at the homes, send strange mails, say cursed and weird words, threat people constantly, brake other people belonging, and so on unproper behaviors.

My neighbor is giving me so much trouble since my move in to my residence in 2020. This neighbor threw a rat in my home two times and was cut by a security camera saying it to other neighbors, my electrical box got broken, tire got blown, Unknown cruiser car was just beside my home just after complaints, and many other endless incidents. The neighbor is doing such an action because he wants to kick me out of my dwelling. The adverse party have been threating me, harassing me and discriminating against me for more than a year and half. The last resident had the same issues.

The neighbor was trying to start trouble with me since my move in date. In April 23, 2021, he sent a strange package to my house. Just a day before the package arrived, he started talking to me in a laughing way. The package was attempted for delivery three times. In the third time, the FedEx guy knocked on my door on Weekends in early morning for forced delivery.

On October 23, 2021, he stepped inside my yard, made a strange phone call and started cursing me and threatening me. On December 26, 2021, just a day after Christmas, he started trying to get in to trouble with me directly.

On January 2, 2022, Just after new year, a car of his was parked in my parking spot, when I told him about it, he just didn’t respond or care. On around March 20, 2022, around St Patrick’s Day, I found my electrical box to be broken. I reported the incident to the police. On April 21, 2022, I found a screw in my tire, the car is parked in my parking spot. The security camera caught that neighbor passing by my parking lot around the same time.

On April 16, 2022, just a day before Easter, I saw that neighbor carrying up a small cage filled with something like rats. On April 24, 2022, Orthodox Easter, He threw a rat at my home and talked to neighbors proudly about it. The security camera caught him doing it. I went to the police station, and I reported the incident. The first rat was caught by set up trap on May 13, 2022.

On May 15, 2022, at midnight, While I was watching the eclipse from my yard, I heard strange loud voices of many rats inside a cage. The sound came from the house of that neighbor.

On May 16, 2022, I found the serpentine belt of my car was gone, the damages caused affected the battery, the alternator and the power steering. The repair of that car caused me about $ 2,000, not including more than 40 hours of my time to repair the car.

One June 14, 2022, just days before father’s day, I found a second rat to be at my home. On June 16, 2022, I advised that neighbor to stay away from me and my property or I will take legal actions against him. He called the police. I told the police that I found a second rat to be thrown to my home and I showed him the pictures. I told the deputy that I already advised the neighbor to stop giving me a lot of trouble and stay away, or I will take legal actions. That police advised me to call the police in every incident and not talk to the neighbor anymore.

On June 18, 2022, When I woke up in the morning, I found an alert from my security camera about an unknown, strange cruiser car in front of my home at 3:18 AM. Also, I found my package to be missing and picked up by that neighbor. I called the police. When the police arrived, somehow that neighbor put the package back and ran to the police to talk to him first. When I got a chance to talk to that deputy, I told him about the two incidents of the unknown car and the picked up package.

On June 28, 2022, the security camera captured a third rat at my home.

Since I got enough from that neighbor, and I don’t know what this neighbor is willing to do in the future, I picked up the police reports and I filed an injection for repeat violence against that neighbor.
