You bring up a very interesting point in the accounting profession, as big data has evolved it has opened up additional services provided by accountants. As you noted KPMG now does studies on data warehouses to ensure the data is complete and accurate. That type of service did not exist in the past. Can you think of any additional areas accountants may branch out to with the increase in the use of big data analysis?
