With the increase in the rates of diseases that have endless pain and have no cure, such as cancer, physician-assisted suicide should be legalized to allow suffering patients within society to exercise their freedom of making decisions about their lives legally. The patient’s decision should be based on the pain they are going through and no hope of the recovery process.
