They point out that those strategies are about the right process, the right team, and the right structure. It is not just about making advertisements. It takes time and persistence to build a successful large-scale global enterprise. At the same time, other than a professional process to attract world-wide customers, they will also customize their own advertising creation process for some customers. Ogilvy’s basic marketing strategy for customers is to develop standardized processes and tailor-made for some customers with special needs. For Havas, they have a smaller scale compared to Ogilvy, but they focus hardly on customer experience.

They serve more Japanese customers and their affiliated brands.
