For your second essay for the class, the topic is;
What is the relationship between technology (especially social media) and happiness?
As with your previous essay, you are welcome to use your personal experience and ideas in answering one of the questions above. However, this essay will also include two new elements:
All together you should use 3 sources for this essay, including the source from the library databases.
Constructing a Thesis Statement

Don’t feel any pressure to come up with your thesis statement before you start writing and researching your essay. It is often helpful to read about your topic first before arriving at a position. And sometimes your final thesis may be not be constructed until you have finished the first draft of your essay.
Researching your Topic
As with the previous essay, you should use outside sources as co-thinkers for your project. You can use the ideas in the sources to develop your argument. You may also find useful statistics or facts in the sources that you use. As mentioned above, one of the sources you use should be a peer-reviewed source from the library database.
