Self Analysis Essay
Self-Analysis Essay. In this assignment, you will use a reflective learning theory as a framework for analyzing a problem. The problem you select must be different than any you’ve chosen in a previous ORGL course. Your essay will be composed of two parts:
Part 1 Decide what problem you faced using your own experience. Give background information. Use your own experience (from work, school, volunteer or personal environments). The situation may have occurred recently or in the distant past. Factually and succinctly describe the problem using your current knowledge and experience.
Part 2 Apply one of the theories of reflective learning from our course to the problem and discuss the following:
When did you have to learn a new theoretical framework or change the usual way that you thought about your work?
When “schools of thought” you worked with have changed, how did you adjust?
When you look back on your learning experiences, how have the theories that were popular at the time affected how decisions and
choices were made by you and those you worked with?
Are there any theoretical approaches being used that you wish you had been exposed to or learned more about earlier in your career?
Note your personal development.
