Principles of Marketing
Our company XYZ sells the Health Management App to different health clubs in India. It offers the features like customer registration, trainer assignment, health track records of their customers, and payment system. We customize this app for each health club as per their requirements, and our current market is all big and small health clubs in Tier1 & Tier2 cities of the Indian market.
The Indian fitness market is evolving and growing day by day. Many people are now becoming health conscious and joining gym/health clubs to keep themselves fit and in shape. The health clubs are not only offering trade mills and weight machines but also bringing many fun activities like Zumba, Kickboxing, aerobics etc. They are adopting new technologies like the mobile app, which allows the end consumer to schedule their gym timing as per their convenience (Sharma, 2018).
In this pandemic situation, the way of business doing has been changed drastically, and fitness business is also not an exception for this. The remote location and flexible timing are the new mantras of our lifestyle. People are opting the options like online exercise classes from their homes.
There is a need for the platform, which will bring gym instructors, gym owners, and end consumers together to opt for the best possible options as per their needs. Looking into these market changes we are now launching our app called HealthForAll directly to the end consumer, where anyone can download our app and opt for the following key features;
– Doing various exercises by themselves using various video/audio contents already available
– Joining live online group class of their activities
– Book dedicated instructors for remote or on-premise training and so on.
We want to reach out to each age group of our people from Teenage, middle-aged, and elder ones.
Our competitor SMART HEALTH CLUB provides competitive services through their app to various health clubs (Smart Health Clubs, 2021). Their platform is only for big club owners in Tier1 cities however, they are extending it to increasing small health clubs in Tier1/Tier2 cities.
