The main goal of the project is successfully managing all the daily guest services routine without a property management system. We are mainly given a particular paper trail of the future, current and some kind of the past guests those who are all previously made reservations because of the change in the brand we are all mainly left without a property management system but it is still our important duty to be successfully maintain all the guest’s reservations along with the billings, proper receipt systems and the satisfactory stay. The entire project was mainly discussed thoroughly in between the management then it was mainly discussed with each department of the hotel by the certain kind of the respective managers of the department. The right before the biggest change in an employee’s luncheon was mainly scheduled and each department was mainly given their respective duties as well.

Because of each and every management of the hotel departments was mainly involved in the process and also each department’s responsibilities are all mainly given out during a staff luncheon, and the entire project scope was mainly clearly stated that it has been mainly defined in clear cut manner. The process of establishment of all the responsibilities for each and every employee in their certain kind of particular area, as well as how they should be complete a task, also helps us to eliminate uncertainty and also keep an employees focused on their certain kind of tasks why because they should know what they are mainly intended to accomplish. Constructing a Building
The project was to construct a building in one of the organization’s premises whereby various stakeholders were involved in making it a success. The group was to assume roles that each one was conversant with and exercise their functions appropriately. This included various professionals in the team that contributed differently to the construction project. The project team worked together to ensure the project’s success through strict adherence to the set budget, working within a timeline, and observing quality measures. Each of the project members was assigned roles according to their competence, skills, and preferences. The project team was to work with external professionals, including engineers and architects, to ensure the completion of the project.
The project goal was to construct a building that would be used for multiple purposes, including the reception of guests, offices, and boardroom for an organization. I was the group leader of the project team. My roles included directing my partners on the project’s anticipation, risk identification, sticking to the objectives, and addressing concerns regarding project continuity.
Project Scope
The project was to ensure that the members engaged in construction activities that would sharpen their skills in the field. The scope was well defined, outlining every member’s role and analyzing vital aspects involving the construction project. The project assessment was to be completed in four weeks. The project scope included identifying individuals related and competent to perform the functions in this project. Identification of the merits for constructing the building involved reviewing previous demands by various stakeholders. This also involved identifying the advantages of engaging external professionals in the project. The comprehensive assessment involved questioning people about the quality of the project undertaking. Risk analysis included examining possible threats that would hinder the completion of the project within the set time and budget. This also involved a point-by-point examination of various dangerous events, including potential risks in the project activities.

The project team must possess characteristics relevant for work completion, including a clear definition of goals and roles, effective communication, balanced involvement and participation, valued diversity, and effective decision making. However, the team failed to develop effective communication and valued diversity which compromised service delivery (Clark, 2019). This resulted from a lack of an understanding of each other and a failure to establish better communication between the team members. Trust was also crucial to making the project a success and enhancing members’ solidarity. These traits are needed professionally and personally to improve collaboration and coordination among the team members.
