The Meanings of KSAs
KSAs are the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the tasks of a job. Knowledge is the education and information used for a job and organized sets of principles and facts applying in general domains. Skills are learned proficiencies in areas and developed capacities that facilitate learning or the more rapid acquisition of knowledge.
It includes basic skills, complex problem-solving skills, resource management skills, social skills, system skills, and technical skills. Abilities are inherent aptitudes of a candidate and enduring attributes of the individual that influence performance. It includes cognitive abilities, physical abilities, psychomotor abilities, and sensory abilities.

Choose a job title from the website www.onetonline.org , type in key words (e.g., human resources, or sales managers) under “Occupation Quick Search” on the top right of the home page, which will lead you to a list of jobs.
Then you pick a job from the list that you want to pursue for your career within five years. After you go to the job page, you must click “Details” on the horizontal menu bar in order to get importance score for this occupation. Don’t make up your own job title or importance score. We do check a job title and its importance for homework.
3 Job Zone:

Second option: If you learned this knowledge from work or internship experience, you need to describe your job tasks and what you learned from your work experience about this particular knowledge you picked. Need to address part (if not all) of the definition of the knowledge.
9 List one scholarly journal’s name:
Simply list one academic and scholarly journal’s name, which is related to the knowledge or to the job you picked above, e.g., Management Review. It cannot be a magazine or newspaper such as Fortune, Forbes, Times, or Wall Street Journal. Don’t put an article title or a book name here.
10 List one association’s name in your job field:
