PAPER: LEADERSHIP PERSONALITY PROFILES ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW Each Paper Assignment is designed to help you make application of course content to leadership and its theory. Review the Learn material, determine the key issues presented, provide diagnostic impressions based upon, and develop recommendations and or conclusions as needed/required. Provide a rationale for your diagnostic impressions using criteria from the module, also including career experience. The goal is to present, in writing, the basis for your diagnostic impressions.

Scenario:

I think Elon Musk would be fairly easy to use.

Select a present or past leader, and describe his or her personality profile using each of the Big Five Model of Personality dimensions. After rating each dimension as strong, moderate, or weak, give an example of traits and typical behavior of the leader for each dimension. Explain which dimensions are strongest and weakest and why you see them that way?
