Read carefully the case study No 24 from your textbook (Best Buy Co. Inc: Sustainable customer centricity Model?) and answer the following questions:

1. Identify opportunities and threats as well as strengths and weakness of the company 1pt
2. What is/are the strategy (ies) used by Best Buy? 1 pt
3. Explain the contribution of various functional areas of Best Buy Company to its well-being. 1 pt
4. Determine the issues affecting to the strategic competitive advantage of the company. 1pt
5. Recommend solutions for Best Buy to improve its competitive advantage. 1pt

  Overview:

  The plan cost management is the process that establishes the policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending and controlling project cost. The plan schedule management is the process that provides the guidance and direction on how the project schedule will be managed throughout the project.

  For this assignment, select a project of your choice. Please bear in mind that the selected project will be the project that you will be working on throughout the course, so select a project that you like or have interest in.

  Instructions:

  For the selected project, identify two inputs and two tools for the development of the schedule plan and explain their relevance to the schedule and cost plan.

  Write a paper explaining your project cost and schedule to include an explanation of the cost & schedule inputs and tools.

  • Please follow APA guidelines (proper margins, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12-point font).
  • Use APA citation format and include a reference/works cited page when necessary.
  • Writing should be clear, concise, and well organized. Thoughts should be expressed in a logical manner.

  • Include a cover page that includes your name, assignment title, the course and date.
  • The paper should be 4 pages maximum in length including cover page and reference page/work cited page.
