- Each student will be required to develop a written and illustrated policy for a child care facility. The student must choose either (1) encouraging children to eat and develop good nutritional habits with 3 year olds or (4) fire safety with 4 year olds. Write a one page typed description of the policy that will be taught to the class and a one page typed explanation of why it is important in an early childhood setting.
