Make a new column Y and add the formulas
If delivery Date (column P) is less than Req date(column J)- Ontime(in green color)
If delivery date(column p) is equal to Req date (column J) – Ontime(in green color)
If delivery date is 1-10 days greater than Req date – within 10 days late( in yellow color)
If delivery date is 11-20 days greater than Req date – within 20 days late( in blue color)
If delivery date is 20-30 days greater than Req date – within 30 days late (in purple color)
If delivery date is more than 30 days greater than Req date -more than 30 days late( in red color)

2 – Read about the initiative and learn as much as you can about it.
3 – Answer the following questions What is the initiative? Explain it’s mission or purpose.

What city or town is the project focused on?
