The country representatives have accepted your proposal. Please go ahead with carrying out the activities/tasks mentioned in the proposal (part 1). In addition to the activities stated in part 1, the representatives would also like you to include the following items in your report:
The three requests above must be incorporated into the methodology section i.e., update the methodology section from part 1. As before, we are expected to apply the knowledge from the unit modules to address these requests. One of the main features of the final report is the results of the analysis. For this section you are expected to produce a dashboard using the data for your country. The dashboard is simply a collection of different types of graphs (similar to the ones in our tutorial/lab work).
The emphasis is presenting the data using different types of plots such as time series plots, scatter plots, histograms, box plots and/or cumulative percentage charts. Ensure that the plot type is matched well with the data that is being used. In addition to this, results should also include numerical data summaries as well as the analysis pertaining to the first two requests.
Lastly, it is very important that we provide brief commentary on all plots/results of the analysis. The commentary is expected to be based on the content covered in the unit. The final report should contain the following components:
summary must be between 0.75 to 1 page maximum. This summary must NOT contain any plots and/or tables. It is strongly advised that this section be written at the end once all the other sections have been finalised.
Please consult with your tutor as well as use consultation times to discuss or seek feedback for the final report before the due date. Similar to Part 1, the frequently asked questions (FAQs) document has been uploaded on Blackboard which will include popular queries from student and staff. Please review this document on a regular basis.
You may also find the FAQs document for Part 1 helpful as well. In addition to this, the discussion on the ED forum may also be useful to students Submission details Please submit your final proposal via Turnitin on the 15th of October 2021 by 12 noon Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
Standard penalties (see unit outline) will apply to late submissions which have no approval. Please also be mindful of the academic integrity requirements for this unit. Please refer to the unit outline for further details regarding this. The marking rubric on the next page will be used to mark the submitted reports.
