Primates Earliest Anthropoids and Surviving Apes
Help me study for my Science class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.
Explain the role of climate change in the origins and evolution of early primates, the earliest anthropoids, and the surviving apes of the late Miocene. Think in terms of warming and cooling and affects on available food resources.
Name and briefly describe the three hypotheses of primate origins.
Important Element of Leadership Assignment
I believe, from personal experience, morale is the most important element of leadership. Without morale, higher leadership is looked down upon the lower ranks and are perceived as not-caring. When lower enlisted are not truly appreciated, morale takes a vital hit. For example, To give off the perception that leadership “cares” they instruct “mandatory fun days” in a poor attempt to boost morale, only to make it worse.
Morale gets worse because now instead of having time off, you are now wasting time off on an event you dont want to be at OR you are told, if you come to the mandatory fun day, you don’t have to go on shift. Now that the fuel has been added to the fire, it creates hostility within the unit, causes negative impacts and pushes people off the ledge and then its too late.
So what happens next? Copy, rinse, repeat. Understanding the who, where, when, what, why, and how of the lower ranks and understanding how to respond as a leader is essential in being a successful leader. I think, to be a successful AND effective leader, you must be consistent with all aspects that would hinder those labels.
For instance, you can be a successful leader in all aspects of the job, know the answer to just about everything, know how to handle extreme situations in a professional matter without escalation, but the moment you’re not doing the job and you don’t know how to take care of the people below you, that is when you are not an efficient leader
