Content Analyzing your Pictures
It’s time to practice your coding skills. The research question that you are going to answer is, “What types of pictures do people have stored on their phone?” To answer this research question, follow the steps below:
Look the pictures in your phone. You will focus the pictures from the last month.
As you look through the pictures, label each picture with a code that represents the picture (e.g., selfies, gym-progress pictures). Write each code in the table below in the column labeled “Codes”.
When you finish writing the codes you need to create a definition for the code. Write your definition in the column “Definitions”.
Once you created the codes and provide definitions, count how many pictures you coded into each category. Put the number in the column labeled “Frequencies”.
