Developing A PowerPoint Presentation Project

You will develop a PowerPoint presentation to share with the stakeholders at the project site that includes a summary of the information you have gathered in your meetings with the various individuals or groups on site and how you have used that data to develop a draft theory of action for the problem of practice. The meeting is a time to work together as a team to vet the theory of action draft you have developed and further develop your theory of action to arrive at specific actions you will take to address the problem of practice at the project site.

• Describe what assumptions are being made regarding the problem, causes, context, environment, stakeholders, et cetera.
