Le Ebony’s Post:
The best leader I have ever know is my current boss. She was a great leader because she tried, he best to treat everybody fair and equal. If she did something for one person, she would try her best to do it for all and I admire her for always doing that. The type of leader that I want to say she was a democratic leader. I say this because when some decisions came around concerning the employees, she asks for our input and took on consideration on how we felt about and what would come to happen in the long run. She treats us like we are a part of her own family and has never treated different. And I can honestly say that with the was she was with her employees we got along with each other, and we didn’t dreed to come into work because we were not getting mistreated or dismissed. I think the worst leader I have ever know was when I was working for a job a couple years ago. The type of leadership I this boss was an autocratic leader. This leader had the worst attitude that I have ever seen. She did not care what anybody had to say. For example, the leader never wanted to do their job and always end up make one of the employees do it and would sometimes lie and say they did it. There was never no communication everything was do it my way or your fire mentality and it was a unpleasant work experience in total for me.

Stephanie’s Post:
Hi Classmates,
This will be an amazing discussion about leaders. Especially since I have so much to say about this. I can think about some of the best leaders and some of the worst leaders I have ever known. Thinking about the best leader I’ve known is when I first started working from home 4 years ago my manager Candace was the absolute best leader I have ever had since I’ve been working. I have been working since I was 16 years old and I have had my share and Candance has never been nothing short of amazing. The one thing that made her great is she was always understanding, she never questioned her team, and she always praised her team and made sure we were awarded and we got what was deserved.
I’ve had a manager named Perry, he was the absolute worst leader ever known. He was prejudice as heck and never understood what is was like to be a parent, he wanted me to work late, but not be paid for it, he called me on Thanksgiving day (my off day) and told me I needed to call candidates and get them ready for work on Black Friday. He did not care I was with my family, then he got upset when I chose not answer on the first ring. He was always so rude and never had a pleasant way of speaking to his employees. By the time I realized what was happening, my blood pressure was up and I was having frequent emergency room visits.
